• Information you give us via enquiry / trade-account forms: name, studio/company, email, phone, project details, and anything you include in a message.

• Trade-account and order information needed to work with you (handled largely in our secure client portal).

• Technical/usage data collected automatically via cookies and analytics (see Cookie Policy): device, browser, pages viewed, approximate location.
   

Why we use it, and our legal basis (GDPR).
 

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes — legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract.

• To set up and service trade accounts and orders — performance of a contract.

• To operate, secure, and improve the site — legitimate interest.

• Analytics and any marketing cookies — your consent (given via the cookie banner).
   

Who we share it with.

Service providers acting on our behalf ("processors") — including our website platform (Wix), our order/ERP and portal system, email, and analytics providers — under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers.

Some providers may process data outside your country/the EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). 

How long we keep it.

Enquiry data for 12 months if no relationship follows; trade-account and order records for the life of the relationship plus any legally required retention period.

Your rights.

Depending on your location (and in full under GDPR), you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, and request portability.
